Mediterranean food = happiness?

Debbie Mandel, author of Addicted to stress, argues that certain food can help you to reduce stress. Particularily good is the Mediterranean diet which includes:

Fruits & veggies
Fish
Olive oil
Low-fat dairy products: primarily yogurt and cheese
Wine in moderation

That sounds like a diet that would make anyone just a little bit happier. Add some dark chocolate (min. 70%) to that and I say it's the ultimate meal!
