If you choose to believe there own stories, staff at Swedish hospitals reveal that it is a "Grey's anatomy" atmosphere at their workplace. It's a "flirty environment" where many have relationships with each other. The Swedish Statistical Bureau state that the hospitals have the environment where the most staff has relationships at work. Next catagory is police, then teachers. Maybe the environment isn't as sterile as one might think.
