This is me, this very moment. Enjoying some chocolate with my coffee. Chewing on my sweets, I stumble over an article who argues that you can ease your sweet tooth, just by imagining yourself eating candy. If you picture yourself eating candy, one piece at the time, it is possible to get rid of your crawing, at least after 30 imagined sweets. Whether this applies to food and meals also, is yet to be seen.
